Letter: Ofgem’s net zero role needs a statutory footing

As the Energy Bill enters its final stages in the Lords, our Co-Chair Baroness Hayman and Energy UK CEO, Emma Pinchbeck, have written a Letter to the Editor of the FT on the opportunity for the Government to amend the Energy Bill to provide Ofgem with the clarity of mission and statutory underpinning needed to deliver net zero.
