This Bill was introduced by Baroness Hayman on 8 June 2021. A date is yet to be set for second reading — when the Bill is first debated. The Bill, which would support the UK's decarbonisation targets, seeks to improve the planning process for onshore wind farms. in the 2019-21 parliamentary session Baroness Hayman introduced a Contracts for Difference and Onshore Wind Bill, of which this is an updated version.
