Looking ahead to COP30 – P4P meets with members of the Brazilian Congress
As part of a two-day parliamentary visit hosted by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), members of the Brazilian Congress met with Peers for the Planet and cross-party UK parliamentarians to exchange views on the road to COP30, which Brazil will host in November 2025. Although the official focus of the visit was on digital regulation and online safety, the Brazilian delegation made clear they couldn’t pass up the opportunity to discuss climate policy and COP30 with parliament
